8 year old with HIV and the second patient 5 year old status post tonsillectomy


 




The patient with HIV shows marked enlargement of the kidneys and the second patient shows focal masses in the kidneys.

Diagnosis: LYMPHOMA

Predisposing conditons to lymphoma include HIV

Cyclosporine induced lymphoproliferative disorders

Downs syndrome

Wiskott Aldrich syndrome

Ataxia Telangiectasia
